New EC chair, vice chair of Prime Bank elected

Quazi Sirazul Imran

The Board of Directors of Prime Bank Limited in a recent meeting elected Quazi Sirazul Islam as the Chairman and Imran Khan as the Vice Chairman respectively of the Executive Committee of the Bank for two years term.
Quazi Sirazul Islam is a Sponsor Director & former Chairman of Prime Bank Limited. Mr. Islam is a Freedom Fighter and former Member of Parliament. Mr. Islam is the Managing Director of Amin Jewelers Limited.
Mr. Imran Khan is one of the Directors of Pedrollonk Limited, the Bangladeshi subsidiary of Pedrollo, the leading Italian brand water pumps, said a statement.
