New IMCB executive committee

M Zakir Hossain was re-elected chairman of the Institute of Management Consultants Bangladesh (IMCB) for the term of 2022-24, says a press release.

Also, Nadeem A Chaudhury and Brigadier General M Mofizur Rahman were elected president and first vice president respectively. The election to the executive committee was held at a city hotel on August 23. Dr Abdur Rahim Khan, chairman of the Election Commission, declared the results.

Later, the IMCB welcomed the new executive committee members at a ceremony.

In his speech, Zakir Hossain requested the chairman of the Election Commission to form three sub-committees and sought cooperation and wholehearted support of the members to strengthen the financial capacity of IMCB.

Prof Dr Abdur Rab, chief advisor of IMCB, who was present as the chief guest, congratulated the newly elected executive committee.
