New \\\'Independent Director’ of Standard Bank

Mr. Najmul Huq Chaudhury has been unanimously elected 'Independent Director' of Standard Bank Limited. He completed his degree from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata and received higher degree from Kolkata University. He served as Managing Director of Van Ommeren Tank Terminal BD. Ltd. & International Oil Mills Ltd. 2  Joint Venture Companies for about 32 years.

Mr. Najmul Huq Chaudhury also served in the Executive Committees of number of local trade bodies like Foreign Investors Chamber of Commerce & Industry and American Chamber of Commerce.
