MTB, Fintech sign deal
Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) recently signed an agreement with Fintech Innovations International DMCC, UAE at a ceremony at MTB Centre, the bank's corporate head office at Gulshan in the capital. Fintech President & CMO Sumit Kumar Roy and Head of MTB International Trade Services Division (MITS) Md. Bakhteyer Hossain signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations. Fintech Executive Director Azizunnessa Huq, MTB Vice President A.T.M. Nesarul Hoque and other senior executives of the bank were also present. MTB will become a subscriber of "TRADE ASSETS" digital platform -the first blockchain-powered trade finance e-marketplace, which will enable MTB to enhance its capabilities in reaching out to all foreign financial institution members of the platform directly. — Statement
