Disbursement of dividend

Alltex Industries Ltd: The company has disbursed interim cash dividend for general shareholders other than sponsors and directors except ICB for the period ended December 31, 2021 to the respective shareholders.

NCCBLMF1: The asset manager of NCCBL Mutual Fund-1 informed that it has disbursed cash dividend for the year ended December 31, 2021 to the respective unit holders.

Reschedule of board meeting

Pragati Insurance Ltd: Due to unavoidable circumstances, a board meeting of the company will be held on April 4, 2022 at 2:30 PM instead of March 31, 2022 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the company for the year ended December 31, 2021.

Change of category

Alltex Industries Ltd: The company will be placed in "B" category from existing "Z" category with effect from March 31, 2022 as the company has reported disbursement of 1 per cent interim cash dividend for general shareholders other than sponsors and directors except ICB for half year ended December 31, 2021. As per BSEC Directive No. BSEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/32 dated 26 December 2021; the stock brokers and merchant bankers are requested not to provide loan facilities to their clients against trading of the shares of the company up to seven trading days from March 31, 2022.

Suspension of trading

Linde Bangladesh: Trading of the shares of Linde Bangladesh Limited will remain suspended on its record date, today (Thursday). Trading of the shares of the company will resume on April 03, 2022.
