Disbursement of dividend
BRAC Bank Limited: The company informed that the cash for the year ended on December 31, 2021 have already been credited through to the respective shareholders' bank accounts through BEFTN system on May 23, 2022.
Premier Cement Mills Limited: The company informed that it has disbursed the cash dividend for the year ended June 30, 2021 to the respective shareholders.
United Insurance Company Ltd: The company has informed that it has disbursed the cash dividend for the year ended December 31, 2021 to the respective shareholders.
Board meetings

Phoenix Insurance: Credit Rating Information and Services Limited (CRISL) has assigned the CPA (Claim Paying Ability) rating to Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd as "AA" along with a stable outlook in consideration of audited financials of the company up to December 31, 2021; unaudited financials up to March 31, 2022 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
Suspension of trading
Trading of the shares of Union Capital Limited, South Bangla Agriculture & Commerce Bank Limited, Federal Insurance Company Ltd and Padma Islami Life Insurance Ltd will remain suspended on its record date, May 29, 2022. Trading of the shares of the companies will resume on May 30, 2022.
