Change of AGM date
Sunlife Insurance Company Limited: The company has informed that the 21st AGM of the company will now be held on December 29, 2021 at 4:00 PM instead of earlier declared date December 23, 2021 at 11:00 AM. Other information of the AGM will remain unchanged.
Suspension of trading
Trading of the shares of Sonargaon Textiles Ltd, Hamid Fabrics Ltd, Bangladesh Thai Aluminium Limited, Bangas Ltd, Active Fine Chemicals Limited and AFC Agro Biotech Ltd will remain suspended on its record date, November 28, 2021. Trading of the shares of the companies will resume on November 29, 2021.
Trading of the shares of Sinobangla Industries Limited, New Line Clothings Limited, Legacy Footwear Limited, GQ Ball Pen Industries Ltd, Bashundhara Paper Mills Limited and Alif Industries Limited will be allowed only in the spot market from November 28, 2021 to November 29, 2021 as the record date of the companies is on November 30, 2021.
Genex Infosys Limited: Gupa Saha one of the sponsors of the company, has expressed her intention to transfer 3,80,000 shares out of her total holding of 18,72,200 shares of the company to her mother Debi Rani Saha (General Shareholder), by way of gift outside the trading system of the exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
Chowdhury Fazle Imam one of the directors of the company, has expressed his intention to transfer 25,00,000 shares out of his total holding of 1,47,85,835 shares of the company to his wife Nilofar Imam (General Shareholder), by way of gift outside the trading system of the exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
