Confidence Cement sign EP contract
The board of directors of Confidence Cement Ltd. has agreed and approved an EP contract between Confidence Cement Dhaka Limited, an associate of Confidence Cement Ltd., and the China National Heavy Machinery Corporation (CHMC) for supply and delivery of necessary machines/equipments with accessories for cement mill (VRM) to produce 280 TPH PCC from unloading of raw materials to dispatch of bagged/bulk cement including supervision and commissioning along with related auxiliaries and technical assistance during installation and commissioning of the plant.
BSEC fines Keya Cosmetics directors
Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has imposed fine of Tk 100,000 each to the directors of Keya Cosmetic Limited namely Abdul Khalek Pathan (Chairman), Khaleda Parvin (Managing Director), Mashum Pathan (Director) and Tansin Keya (Director) for non-compliance of securities laws in connection with non-submission of quarterly accounts within stipulated time.
