International Leasing and Financial Services: National Credit Ratings Limited (NCR) has announced the surveillance entity rating to International Leasing and Financial Services Ltd as "BBB" in the long term and "ST-4" in the short term along with a negative outlook based on audited financial statements of the company as on December 31, 2019.
