Disbursement of dividend
Marico Bangladesh Ltd: The company disbursed 1st Interim Cash Dividend of FY (20-21) based on 3 months financials for the period ended on June 30, 2020 to the respective shareholders' bank accounts through BEFTN System on August 20, 2020.
Marico Bangladesh Ltd. has also informed that it has disbursed final cash dividend for the year ended on March 31, 2020 to the respective shareholders' bank accounts through BEFTN System on August 20, 2020.
Continental Insurance Limited: The bonus shares of the company for the year ended on December 31, 2019 have already been credited through CDBL to the respective shareholders BO Accounts on 25 August 2020. The payment of sale proceeds of fraction shares will be paid in due course.
Extension of suspension of trading
People's Leasing & Financial Services Ltd: Referring to the earlier news disseminated on 13.08.2020 regarding suspension of trading of shares of People's Leasing & Financial Services Ltd, the suspension period of trading of shares of the company has been extended for further period of 15 days effective from August 29, 2020 as per regulation.

Trading of the units of ICB AMCL First Agrani Bank Mutual Fund, ICB AMCL Sonali Bank Ltd. 1st Mutual Fund, IFIL Islamic Mutual Fund-1, ICB AMCL Third NRB Mutual Fund, Phoenix Finance 1st Mutual Fund, Prime Bank 1st ICB AMCL Mutual Fund, ICB Employees Provident Mutual Fund One: Scheme One, ICB AMCL Second Mutual Fund, National Life Insurance Company Ltd and Bangladesh Welding Electrodes Ltd will remain suspended on its record date, August 31, 2020. Trading of the units of the fund will resume on September 01, 2020.
