ICAB team off to Sydney
A delegation of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) led by its president Dewan Nurul Islam FCA will participate in IFAC Council meeting, CAPA-SAFA joint strategic meeting, CAW events and Conference of World Congress of Accountants scheduled to be held from today (Thursday) to November 7 in Sydney, Australia. The other members of the delegation are ICAB past presidents and council members Akhtar Sohel Kasem FCA, Anwaruddin Chowdhury FCA, ASM Nayeem FCA, M Farhad Hussain FCA, Md. Humayun Kabir FCA and Director (Technical) Mahbub Ahmed Siddique FCA. As IFAC Technical Advisor ICAB president Dewan Nurul Islam FCA and voting representative Md. Humayun Kabir FCA will participate in the Council meeting of International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) today. The delegation will also participate in 'Conference of World Congress of Accountants (WCOA)'a business and accounting showcase on 5-7 November where representatives from more than 100 countries will join the event. — Statement
