The 22nd Annual General Meeting of Nitol Insurance Company Limited was held virtually on Sunday. A K M Monirul Hoque, Chairman & Founder Chairman of the company and Vice President of Bangladesh Insurance Association (BIA), presided over the meeting. Company Secretary of Nitol Insurance conducted the meeting. The meeting approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the year 2020. The meeting approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the year 2020 for all the Shareholders of the company.
Vice-Chairman Zobair Humayun Khandaker, Directors, Naeema Hoque, Mahmudul Hoque Shamim, Md. Murad Hossain Ripon, Independent Director Md. Abdul Aziz, FCMA & Dr. Ranjan Kumar Mitra, FCMA, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) S. M. Mahbubul Karim, CFO Md. Altaf Hossain and Head of Internal Audit & Compliance Md. Liakat Hossen FCMA were present in the meeting.
A considerable numbers of shareholders were present in the virtual meeting and took part in the discussion.
