Nurjahan Begum, wife of late Abdur Rashid, a former director of Social Welfare directorate, and mother of Mohammad Mizanur Rahman, Public Relations Officer of Pubali Bank Limited and Region Chairperson of Lions Clubs International, District 315 A1, passed away due to old-age complications on April 30, said a statement.
She was buried at her family graveyard after her namaz-e-janaza in Dhaka and at her village home at Kalapaharia, Araihazar, Narayanganj.
She left behind three sons, two daughters, grandchildren and a host of relatives and admirers to mourn her death.
Pubali Bank Limited mourned her death and prayed for the salvation of her departed soul.
