ONE Bank approves 20pc dividend

ONE Bank Limited has approved 15 per cent cash and 5.0 per cent stock dividend (total 20 per cent) for the year 2017. The 19th annual general meeting of the bank held in the capital recently approved the dividend, presided over by its Chairman Sayeed H. Chowdhury. Vice Chairman Asoke Das Gupta, directors A.S.M Shahidullah Khan, Kazi Rukunuddin Ahmed, Shawket Jaman, Salahuddin Ahmed and Syed Nurul Amin, Managing Director M. Fakhrul Alam and Company Secretary John Sarkar along with senior executives of the bank and shareholders were present at the AGM. — Statement
