ORIENTATION PROGRAMME ON BAPA FUNCTIONS

Bangladesh Public Procurement Authority (BPPA), formerly CPTU, held an orientation programme on Monday for the prime stakeholders on the establishment of BPPA and its functions. Abul Kashem Md. Mohiuddin, Secretary, Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Division under the Ministry of Planning, spoke at the event as the chief guest while Mohammed Shoheler Rahman Chowdhury, Chief Executive Officer of BPPA, gave a presentation on the background, establishment, functions and future plans of BPPA. Officials of Bangladesh Planning Commission, Planning Division, Economic Relations Divisions, General Economics Division, IMED and BPPA attended the orientation programme.
