People's Leasing and Financial Services held 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th AGMs

People's Leasing and Financial Services Limited held its 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th annual general meetings (AGMs) for the financial years 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 on a virtual platform recently. Hasan Shaheed Ferdous, chairman of the board of directors, presided over the meetings. Md Sagir Hossain Khan, managing director, and Armia Fakir, company secretary, attended the meetings. During the AGMs, the shareholders approved the company's audited financial statements and audit reports unanimously.
