PHOENIX INSURANCE AGM APPROVES 10PC CASH DIVIDEND

The 39h Annual General Meeting of Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. was held virtually on Wednesday. The meeting was presided over by Chairman of the company Mohammed Shoeb. The meeting approved a 10% cash dividend for the year 2024. During the year 2024, the company earned a total premium of Tk 750.5 million and pre-tax profit of Tk 69.5 million. Vice Chairman Manzoorul Haque, Directors Mazharul Haque, Mohammed Haider Ali, Sadia Anjum Siddiqui, Dr Sharmin Sultana, Fabiana Aziz, Javed Hosein, Iftakharul Islam, Managing Director & CEO Md. Rafiqur Rahman joined the meeting.
