The 38th Annual General Meeting of Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. was held through a digital platform in the capital on Monday. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Company Mohammed Shoeb. Vice Chairman Manzoorul Haque, Directors Mazharul Haque, Mohammed Haider Ali, Dr. Sharmin Sultana, Fabiana Aziz, Javed Hosein, Iftakharul Islam, Sponsor Aziz-Al-Mahmood and Managing Director & CEO (C.C) Md. Rafiqur Rahman joined in the virtual meeting. The company declared a 12 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders for the year 2023.
