The 14th AGM of the Asia Pacific General Insurance Company was held recently at the IDEB Bhaban, Kakrail, Dhaka. The AGM approved 12 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders. Chairman of the company Aftab ul Islam, FCA presided over the meeting.
