PIONEER INSURANCE HOLDS 30TH AGM

The 30th Annual General Meeting of Pioneer Insurance PLC was held on a digital platform on Monday. Zakir Ahmed Khan, Independent Director of the company, presided over the meeting. M Anis Ud Dowla, Munize Manzur, Sanchia Chowdhury, Sylvana Sikder, Munsura Rahmatullah, Parveen Akther, Rozina Afroze, Shahana Rahmat Ullah, Shafiqul Islam Khan, M.A. Majed, Sheikh Mohammad Salim Ullah, Chief Executive Officer Syed Shahriyar Ahsan and Company Secretary S. M. Mizanur Rahman as well as a large number of shareholders joined the meeting virtually. In 2025, the company earned a premium of Tk 3.87 billion and a profit after Tax of Tk 446.5 million. The meeting approved unanimously all agenda including 25% cash dividend and 5% stock dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 as recommended by the Board of Directors. The shareholders expressed their satisfaction with Company's performance during the year.
