The 341st board meeting of Pragati Insurance PLC was held at the company's head office in Dhaka on Sunday. The company's Chairman Syed M. Altaf Hossain presided over the meeting attended by Directors Khalilur Rahman, M. A. Awal, Saidur Rahman, Nasir Latif, M. A. Malek, A. S. M. Mohiuddin Monem, Md. Mushfiqur Rahman, Nahreen Yahia, Tajwar Mohammad Awal, Syed Mohammad Jan, and Farida Akter; Independent Director Mahbub Anam; Adviser Md. Rezaul Karim; CEO Syed Sehabullah Al-Monzur; Deputy Managing Director (Administration) Major (Retd.) Sadat Md. Musa; CFO Amar Krishna Shil; Head of Internal Audit Md. Nasir Uddin; and Company Secretary Mohammad Zafar Ali. The meeting recommended a 27% cash dividend along with a 3% bonus share for the shareholders.
