The 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pragati Life Insurance Limited was held on Sunday at KIB Auditorium, Khamarbari, Dhaka. The Director of the Company Syed M. Altaf Hussain presided over the meeting. The Shareholders unanimously approved 15 per cent cash dividend and 15 per cent stock dividend for the year 2018, said a statement.
Directors Abdul Awal Mintoo, Tabith M. Awal, Md. Shafiur Rahman, Tafsir M. Awal, Mohammed Abdul Hamid, Syed Muhammad Jan, Muhammad Jamaluddin, Dr. Rashed Al Mahmud Titumir and CEO Md. Jalalul Azim were present in the AGM. Moreover, a large number of shareholders were also present in the meeting. The Company Secretary Jagadish Kumar Bhanja, FCS conducted the meeting.
