Pragati Life signs MoU with SNV Bangladesh

Pragati Life Insurance Limited has recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with SNV Netherlands Development Organisation. Chief Executive Officer, Md Jalalul Azim of Pragati Life and Country Director, Paul Stevens of SNV signed the contract on behalf of the respective organizations, said a press release.

The MoU is an initiative of SNV Bangladesh's working with women project. The purpose of the MOU is to arrive at a shared understanding on the business position of both, Pragati Life Insurance and SNV's project implementation partners.

The MoU agrees to develop affordable and quality Life and Health Insurance product targeting the RMG factories' workers. The Initiative will help the workers to avail the Sexual and Reproductive Health services through an insurance policy.

Inclusive Business Capacity Building Adviser Md Jamal Uddin of SNV Bangladesh was also present on the occasion.
