The Agricultural Marketing Company Ltd-AMCL (PRAN) has declared 32 per cent dividend to its shareholders for the year 2013-2014.
The dividend was announced at the 29th Annual General Meeting of Agricultural Marketing Company Ltd held at Trust Milonayaton, Old Airport Road, Dhaka Cantonment on Wednesday, reports UNB.
The release said that despite stiff competition in the market, the pre-tax profit of the Company was Tk 70.70 million in 2013-14 while gross turnover was Tk 1934.56 million. The total export figure was Tk 235.3 million (including incentive).
The AGM ended by seeking continued support of the investors of the Company and with a vote of thanks to the Chair.

Eleash Mridha, Chief Financial Officer Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Director Marketing Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, and Company Secretary Muhammad Aminur Rahman attended the AGM among others.
