PREMIER BANK HOLDS 27TH AGM

Premier Bank successfully held its 27th annual general meeting (AGM) in a hybrid format on Tuesday. The meeting was presided over by Dr. Arifur Rahman, the bank's sponsor shareholder and chairman. Among those present were Md. Forkan Hossain, director and chairman of the audit committee; Syed Faridul Islam, director and chairman of the executive committee; Md. Sazzad Hossain, director and chairman of the risk management committee; and Sheikh Morshed Jahan, director and professor at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka.
