The programme, led by the Recovery Division, formally commenced on Tuesday, with participation from officials across branches and sub-branches nationwide through virtual platforms. Chairman Dr. Arifur Rahman attended the event as chief guest, while Md. Monzur Mofiz, acting managing director, joined as special guest.
