Prime Bank holds 29th AGM

Prime Bank conducted its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday (May 30, 2024), attended by 312 registered shareholders. Shareholders passed all (six) ordinary resolutions presented for their approval, which included a 17.5 per cent cash dividend for 2023 and the financial statements for the year along with the directors' reports & audit reports. Tanjil Chowdhury, chairman of the bank, presided over the virtual AGM.
