PRIME BANK HOLDS 31ST ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Prime Bank PLC held its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on Thursday, with Board Chairman Tanjil Chowdhury in the chair. Registered shareholders, board members and senior officials joined the event moderated by Company Secretary Nayamul Hoque. Shareholders approved a 25% cash dividend and a 5% stock dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025, along with the audited financial statements. Prime Bank's Acting CEO Faisal Rahman replied to shareholder queries.
