Prime Bank signs MoU with BIAC

Prime Bank recently signed a MoU with Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC). Chief Executive Officer of BIAC Muhammad A. (Rumee) Ali and Managing Director of Prime Bank Rahel Ahmed signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. This MOU will provide a framework to facilitate resolution of contractual disputes of Prime Bank using ADR methods such as arbitration and mediation through expert services of BIAC.
