Prime Finance & Investment Limited last week declared no dividend for its shareholders for the year 2017. The company failed to declare any dividend for the shareholders for last five consecutive years since 2012. It had last disbursed 20 per cent stock dividend in 2012, DSE data shows. Despite no dividend declaration, the company's share price advanced 1.98 per cent to close at Tk 10.30 on Thursday last.
