PRIME ISLAMI INSURANCE HOLDS 30TH AGM

Prime Islami Insurance PLC held its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on a digital platform on Monday. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mohammad Shahadat Hossain. Vice Chairman Mohammad Abdullah, Chairperson of the Audit Committee Naima Sultana, Chairman of the NRC Md Nurul Islam Molla and other members of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer Abdul Hamid attended the AGM. A large number of shareholders participated in the meeting virtually and approved a 10% cash dividend for the financial year 2025.
