Mohammad Helal Uddin, a professor at the Department of Economics at the University of Dhaka, joined the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) as its executive vice chairman on Monday. Officials and employees of MRA welcomed him with a bouquet on the first day of his joining MRA.
