The 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pubali Bank Securities Limited was held at Pubali Bank Head office on Wednesday, according to a statement.
Moniruddin Ahmed, Chairman of Pubali Bank Securities Limited presided over the meeting.
Directors Habibur Rahman, Ahmed Shafi Choudhury, Azizur Rahman, M. Kabiruzzaman Yaqub FCMA (UK), CGMA, Rana Laila Hafiz, Mustafa Ahmed, Ayesha Farha Chowdhury, Zeyad Rahman, Md. Abdul Halim Chowdhury and Managing Director & CEO of Pubali Bank Securities Limited Mohiuddin Ahmed were present in the meeting.
Chairman Moniruddin Ahmed expressed his satisfaction and put forward suggestions for further improvement of performance of the Pubali Bank Securities Limited.
