Renaissance Dhaka unveils Zaika Signature menu

Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel has introduced its new Zaika Signature À La Carte menu at Bahar Multicuisine Restaurant, offering a selection of traditional Indian dishes.
The menu, designed for diners seeking comfort with modern refinement, offers a refined exploration of regional traditions and centuries-old culinary craftsmanship.
Dishes include Cone Dosa, a reinterpretation of a South Indian classic, and Tandoori Prawn Shooter, featuring coastal prawns.
Key highlights include the Lahori Mutton Dum Biryani, slow-cooked with saffron and ghee, and the Beef Kakori Kebab, an Awadhi specialty known for its tenderness. The Rajasthani Laal Maas, a rich and spicy curry, brings rugged flavours of the desert.
For dessert, the menu features unique offerings such as Anjeer Basundi, a slow-reduced milk infused with figs, Motichur Mousse Magic and KajuKatli Cheesecake.
