State-owned Rupali Bank PLC held a meeting to discuss ways to strengthen loan disbursement activities in the Cottage, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (CMSME) sector. Managing Director Kazi Md. Wahidul Islam presided over the meeting held at the bank's head office in the city on Monday. Deputy Managing Directors Hasan Tanvir and Md. Harunur Rashid were also present. During the meeting, participants reviewed the progress of CMSME loan disbursement against the targets set for 2026. Necessary directives were also provided to increase the flow of credit, ensure easy access to financing for marginal and new entrepreneurs, and improve the quality of customer service.
