Rupali Bank PLC organised a meeting with stakeholders of annual performance agreement (APA) 2023-2024 on 'Grievance Redress Management' at a hotel in Khulna recently. General Manager at the Head Office of the bank Salamun Nesa was present as the chief guest while General Manager of Khulna Divisional Office Rokonuzzaman presided over the event.
