RUPALI BANK SECURITIES HOLDS 13TH AGM

The 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Rupali Bank Securities Limited, a subsidiary of Rupali Bank PLC, was held on Monday at the company's boardroom at its head office in Dhaka. The meeting was chaired by Kazi Md Wahidul Islam, Managing Director of Rupali Bank and Chairman of Rupali Bank Securities Limited. Tahmina Akhter and Md Harunur Rashid, Deputy Managing Directors of Rupali Bank and Directors of Rupali Bank Securities, attended the AGM. Afsana Bilkis, Deputy Secretary of the Financial Institutions Division and Director of the company; Dr Md Akram Hossain, Director; Md Wahiduzzaman Khandaker, Director; Shikdar Faruk E Azam, General Manager of Rupali Bank PLC and Chief Executive Officer of Rupali Bank Securities; and Md Ismail Hossain Sheikh, General Manager of Rupali Bank, representing the bank as a shareholder, were also present. The meeting was conducted by Ariful Islam, Company Secretary of Rupali Bank Securities.
