SAMMILITO ISLAMI BANK HOLDS 6TH BOARD MEETING

The 6th meeting of the Board of Directors of Sammilito Islami Bank PLC was held at the Head office of Social Islami Bank on Wednesday. The meeting was chaired by Quazi Shairul Hassan, Chairman of Sammilito Islami Bank. Members of the Board of Directors of Sammilito Islami Bank and Director of the Bank Resolution Department of Bangladesh Bank were present at the meeting. Additionally, at the invitation of the Board, the administrators of five banks which currently undergoing the merger process with Sammilito Islami Bank were also present at the meeting.
