Mohammad Sayduzzaman, Deputy Managing Director of Phoenix Finance and Investments Limited, took over as Managing Director (Current Charge) of the company with effect from January 01, says a statement.
The Board of Directors of the company made the decision regarding the new responsibility of Mr Sayduzzaman at its 327th meeting held on January 02.
