SBAC Bank holds 11tH AGM
The 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of SBAC Bank PLC was held on Saturday through hybrid system at RAOWA Centre. Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank AZM Shofiuddin Shamim MP presided over the meeting. The shareholders approved seven agendas, including the Audited Financial Statements along with Auditors' Report & the Directors report for the year ended on 31st December 2023, and two percent cash dividend Managing Director & CEO Habibur Rahman delivered a speech in the AGM. Among others, Directors of the Bank Mohammed Ayub, Mohammad Nawaz, Mohammad Mahbubor Rahman, Shohel Ahmed & Independent Director Md. Sajidur Rahman also present.
