A delegation of Shippers' Council of Bangladesh (SCB) led by its Chairman Md Rezaul Karim paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at Gonobhaban on Wednesday and congratulated her on her assumption of office for the fifth time. The SCB also handed over a cheque for Tk 5.0 million to the Prime Minster for her relief and welfare fund. SCB Vice Chairman Ganesh Chandra Saha and Directors Syed Md Bakhtiar and Ataur Rahman Khan were also present.
