The 406th meeting of the board of directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held at the corporate head office of the bank on Wednesday. The meeting was presided over by Chairman Mohammed Younus. Among others, Vice-Chairmen of the board Mohiuddin Ahmed and Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and Company Secretary of the bank Md. Abul Bashar were present in the meeting. The board of directors have approved the audited financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2025 and based on that 13 per cent cash dividend has been recommended for the shareholders of the bank.
