Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd. successfully handed over a total of eight projects, comprising nearly 300 apartments and commercial units in 2024, marking a milestone in the country's real estate sector, says a statement.
The projects include Sheltech Enclave Tower, Sheltech Rubynur, Sheltech Sharmin, Sheltech Rosaleen, Sheltech Nurjahan, Sheltech Rebecca, Sheltech Chayapoth and Sheltech Siddique's Serenity.

Sheltech successfully handed over its first redevelopment project, Sheltech Enclave Tower, a 20-storied residential-cum-commercial project, located on DIT Road, Malibagh, in August. Also, Sheltech Rubynur, a mixed-use project in SenparaParbata, Mirpur, was handed over.
Throughout the year 2024, Sheltech handed over three premium projects under the Sapphire Series -- Sheltech Rosaleen, Sheltech Rebecca, and Sheltech Nurjahan.
