Snehasish Mahmud & Co emerges as champion

Winners of the DRC-ICAB Inter-Firm Debate Competition 2023 pose for photo at the grand finale of the competition at the CA Bhaban in Dhaka recently.

The debating team of Snehasish Mahmud & Co. Chartered Accountants emerged as the champion of DRC-ICAB Inter-Firm Debate Competition 2023, says a press release.
The grand finale of the competition was held at the CA Bhaban in Dhaka recently.
CA students Md Jahangir, Ahmed Zabir, Musarrat Hossain Munia and Mochlisor Rahman Boshir of the winning team showed outstanding performance in the final against the runner-up team of Rahman Rahman Huq Chartered Accountants.
A total of 88 students from 18 CA firms participated in the competition. Ahmed Zabir was selected as the best debater of the tournament and Mochlisor Rahman Boshir as the best debater of the final round.
ICAB President Md Moniruzzaman, Vice Presidents Md Yasin Miah, Vice President MBM Lutful Hadee, Council members Mohammded Forkan Uddin, Fouzia Haque, Snehasish Barua, Partner of Snehasish Mahmud & Co., and Ashraf Zaman Ali, Partner of Rahman Rahman Huq, were present in the closing ceremony.
