SONALI BANK HOLDS 19TH AGM
The 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Sonali Bank PLC was held at the head office on Wednesday. Chairman (Current Charge) of the bank Muhammed Mahbubur Rahman presided over the AGM. Nazma Mobarek, Secretary of Financial Institutions Division, attended the meeting as a representative of the Ministry of Finance. The bank's shareholders and directors, MD & CEO and Company Secretary also attended the meeting. At the meeting, the bank's financial statement, the balance sheet and profit and loss account for the year 2025 along with Director's report and auditors' report were approved by shareholders and directors.
