Sonali Bank workshop on GRS Software

Sonali Bank PLC organised a training workshop on 'Grievance Redress System (GRS) and its software' at the conference room of its head office on Monday. Chief Executive Officer of the bank Md. Afzal Karim attended the workshop as the chief guest and Additional Secretary of Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance, Dr. Nahid Hossain as special guest. Deputy Managing Director Sanchia Binte Ali presided over the programme.
