SOUTHEAST BANK LAUNCHES11 AGENT BANKING OUTLETS
Southeast Bank formally launched 11 agent banking outlets - "Shagotom" to facilitate the unbanked people across the country, especially at the rural and semi-urban areas in Bogura, Tangail, Gazipur, Rajbari, Faridpur, Satkhira, Khulna and Feni. Abidur Rahman Chowdhury, managing director of Southeast Bank, virtually inaugurated their formal operation. Other officials of the bank and proprietors of the 11 agent outlets were also connected virtually in the launching ceremony. Shagotom offers a comprehensive range of modern and technology-driven conventional and 'Tijarah'-Islamic Banking services.
