State banks open today

All branches of the state-owned banks (Sonali, Janata, Agrani and Rupali Bank Limited) will remain open today (Saturday) to facilitate transactions of the aspirant candidates of the reserved women seats of 10th parliament. The banks have been asked to keep open their branches to facilitate candidates getting treasury invoices, bank drafts, pay orders or postal orders, said a press release.
