Syed Manzur Elahi, chairperson of Apex Footwear Limited, presided over the 33rd annual general meeting (AGM) of the company on Tuesday virtually. Syed Nasim Manzur, managing director, and other directors including senior officials of the company attended the meeting. The shareholders approved a 35 per cent cash dividend and a 10 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2023.
