Syngenta BD declares 20pc cash dividend

Syngenta Bangladesh Limited has declared a 20 per cent cash dividend for the year 2020 and handed over the dividend cheque to Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation (BCIC), at its 21st Annual General Meeting held recently. The meeting was held in the Conference Room of BCIC, presided over by Mr. Md. Ehsan-E-Elahi, Chairman, of BCIC and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Syngenta Bangladesh Limited. Mr. A M M Golam Towhid, Managing Director of Syngenta Bangladesh Limited, along with other directors were present on the occasion.
